4webagency is the management software for web and digital agencies: briefs and deliverables per project, monthly retainers with included hours, time tracking down to the billable hour, the portfolio of domains, hosting and SSL certificates with renewal dates, plus the monthly reports you send clients — all in one subscription, part of the 4b2b ecosystem. We started from a problem every agency hits past four or five people: projects live in one tool, hours in a spreadsheet, domains in an email from the registrar, and the real margin per client shows up nowhere. We put all four in one place, so every Friday you know what you shipped, what you billed and what you kept.

Every hour ends up on an invoice

Hours worked outside the contract are an agency’s biggest invisible loss. Time tracking links straight to the project and the monthly retainer: you see which hours fall inside the plan, which ones overrun and which turn into an invoice — before you close the month, not after.

No renewal slips through

Client domains, hosting and SSL certificates live in a single portfolio, with an expiry date and an owner on every row. You get alerts ahead of the deadline, so your client never learns from their own visitors that the site is down or the domain lapsed.

The team

4webagency is built by a team of designers, developers and people who have run delivery inside agencies — not from a distance, but from inside the workflow. We work with full-service web agencies, design and branding studios, SEO and PPC agencies, custom software development teams and freelancers across Romania, from two-person teams to agencies with 40 staff and dozens of active retainers. Priority support and the 30 minutes of guided onboarding are included in the Premium plan; on Start, Plus and Pro we answer through standard support, at [email protected].

Standards and technology integrations

We build on modern standards: HTTPS and security by default, client-data encryption, role-based access for staff and external collaborators, an audit log, accessibility and automatic backups. The domain portfolio is not an automatic registrar sync — we are not a registrar; it is a register your agency keeps, with an expiry date and an owner on every row and alerts ahead of the deadline, and monthly reports are built from it and from the timesheet. API access, for your own integrations, is available from the Pro plan.
